Crossed name

Does a crossed name necessarily mean someone passed ?

Or their account was banned. One of the two, I believe.

They may have quit the site themselves. They may have been banned. They may have CTB and either disabled their account before leaving or asked mods to do it after a time period. You could search their last messages for a goodbye thread if you are concerned they CTB- although- not everyone chooses to do one.

Plus- you can ask about the member on this thread- sometimes someone else will know. Although they likely won't go into details if they were banned...
