I don't plan to have a tombstone, much less a funeral (though whether the living honor my requests is out of my control...). However for this thread's purpose, he goes:

I have a headstone already in place on the grave where I will join my dear wife. I chose the inscription for her - I am not going to share it here.
There is space for an inscription commemorating me. The wording will be for others to choose.

She specified what she wanted on her headstone but it goes against everything we believe in, so we scrapped her idea and went with what we would much prefer.

She was clever, we tell everyone she worked hard when we reminded her how lazy she was, and had lots of friends we didn't approve of.

We also never really got on with her but she forgot to write her will in time so she was chucked on us as next of kin.

It's really a mess in Israel, they ask for 10,000 ILS, that's crazy.
In addition if your family will resist to this, they can go to the Court.
But the happy thing is- most of the chance that you'll win (see what happened to rona ramon), although i don't think the court ever deals with suicide in this subject
