Having bpd and a covert narcissist parent is like having 2 evil families. The one in the head, Bpd that is, tell you: "You suck you should get blackout drunk and self harm." And the covert parents will say often things like "youre a horrible evil person. Best for you is to just disappear and never come back"
Its a very destructive combination that had led me to do some seroius damage to my body, I seem to not recover from. Let alone the psychological damage.
