Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have SN arriving. From other posts it should take a few weeks to get to me in the uk.

I need a way to clear my phone of any evidence of finding DSL or even looking for this. I can't have the pigs find it.

Any help to completely erase things? Would factory resetting phone and then deleting email accounts be the best way? Idk I'm worried about it all. In death I will not know for sure but I am terrified of ruining this option for everyone worldwide

I'm in the same boat in that I have mine arriving to the UK but even if we did get a welfare check, there's no way the police would seize our phones.

Even in the most foolish event of admitting to ordering it to ctb, they'd probably just refer to some crisis team. That'd result in a call/visit where they ask you from 1 to 10, how suicidal you are. You just say, not suicidal any longer, no immediate plans and purchased SN on impulse and the whole thing goes away.

Okay thank you so much! I just thought they'd actually care to finally find the site. You'd think they would be that's good news. I want my friend to have my phone anyways

Edit: post ctb would they want to look at my phone to see how I ordered sn? As no matter what my autopsy will show sn was used

That I'm not sure about, to be honest. I'm gonna wipe my phone just for my own closure, I think. Maybe leave it in a public bin before I ctb. Won't be able to back out if I can't doom scroll!

I guess it all depends how much your local police station cares about the investigation. Data can be retrieved even with a factory reset. Especially on iphones I believe. If you try to hide it at home they can ping the location and will just search harder. Throw it in a body of water or something. Cop2con wrote an extensive thread on what they do during an investigation. Might want to check that out. He talks about phone data as well as all the details that going into investigating an expected death. Some of it may be disturbing but you'll know more.

I've been thinking about this. I always log on to this site using a private browsing mode, but I figured they might be able to see my browsing history through our internet provider. Do the police (US based) normally investigate where the SN was acquired from in suicides, or do they normally verify the cause of death and leave it at that?

the police will investigate just like they would for homicide until foul play is explicitly ruled out. depening on further circumstances and if you are a minor they *may* go as far to investigate further.

isps have access to incognito internet data so unless youre hiding it from friends or family looking into your devices, no reason to keep doing it.

seeing as how restricted sn, if theyre able to identify it which they would be capable of doing, hitting your isp with a subpoena wouldnt be unheard of
