I am also a big fan on doing shopping sprees for large sums of chocolate. There are some good makers, especially local onex in the UK (Wille's cacao is one). Do you have any favorites in Brazil? 129,980

I eat dark chocolate bars, I don't have a preference, but I've eaten artisanal chocolate, it's very good, I've also eaten a lot of cocoa.

The mere mention of artisanal chocolate gets me going.

Definitely fair, dark chocolate can go up to some really highly varied flavours when done well. My preference is towards white though lol, guess it's the sweet teeth in my skull (Though a lot of the lower-grade ones can get overly sweet and milky). 129,981

There's a fruit called cupuaçu, and you can make chocolate with it too; the taste is very similar. It's a cousin of cocoa, like a tangerine is to an orange.

You prefer the sweet kind, I don't like white chocolate that much. I find it very different.

What are some of your favs as well? There was one from Table from Liverpool which was a very good dark chocolate with a juicy mango-orange taste. Forgot the actual origin though.

Pretty much, can see why it could be jarring for others, Though with the fruit, is that native to Brazil or is it all over South America because I never heard of it before. 129,984* I was meant to go up from krsm98 post but entered the same
