I feel great — after 80 hours without eating, I've slimmed down, ate a delicious spaghetti, and I'm in a good mood. How about you B?

After fasting, we tend to stop eating impulsively — sometimes it's not even hunger, just wanting to taste something.129,213
Ah, that is very practical. I am impressed with your nutritional knowledge. Yes, it makes sense that you'd avoid carbohydrates for a while, and I can vouch from my own experience that appetite tends to drop. I've been working on trying to get it fired up again.
Nope, no cravings. I starved myself last year for quite a long time due to major depression and rather extreme anhedonia, and also went into shock more than a few times, some of which had me hospitalized. It did a number on my digestive system. After fasting, we tend to stop eating impulsively — sometimes it's not even hunger, just wanting to taste something.
A lot of people can't handle fasting because they don't drink enough water and don't add electrolytes. Sodium helps a lot, but ideally you should have magnesium and potassium too — with those, weakness doesn't hit as hard.
Aren't you feeling any cravings at all? Like, not even for pizza?
Yes I see that you're not really present these days!extremely busy these days
