I know this is common so I'll keep it short. I didn't trust my method enough and got scared to carry through. Kinda relieved this broke me out of the state I've been in recently, but at least I have something for if things get too bad. I'll still hang around in comments but this is my last post for who knows.

It's okay you couldn't do it, and it's great that it changed your state of mind and want to recover. Might be helpful to just leave the site and give things ago out there. Wish you lots of luck.
