Help Could you recommend some Spanish courses to brush up on the language before searching for N in Mexico or SA?

I used to be near fluent but need a refresher. Any courses / books / materials that might be especially helpful when hunting for N would be appreciated.

There is a sea of resources to learn Spanish. It's hard to pick one outstanding one.

But you can just use Google translate. It's come a long way. And have a picture of the product for reference. Other people who didn't know Spanish seem to have gotten by doing that.

For being free; Duoling is outstanding.
Try watching films, and media. I watched Star Trek in French.
Also music, try some music in Spanish.

I'm past Duolingo unless they have added more levels since the last time I used it. You're right, I should progress to media now probably.

I think that would be the only real utility or real life case where my Spanish skills are/were useful.
Sometimes one does learn or do stuff that benefits oneself much later in life.
