considering ctbing later this year, any fast and easy homemade ctb methods?

hello, as the title says, i'm planning on ctbing a few months from now and i have to come up with a quick and successful method. i'm not allowed to have any access to any firearms due to being admitted to mental hospitals too many times, so i am unable to ctb by firearm. any help would be appreciated because i want to get things over with. thank you

The reality is that suicide just isn't easy, if people could just instantly leave in a reliable and fast way without buying any supplies then this site would never need to exist and after all we exist in a world where suicide is purposely made so difficult for us. I wish there was a very easy and straightforward method but such a thing would be too good to be true.
