And this belief played out again on Sunday whilst my carer and i sat on the sea wall during a stormy sea. I couldn't help notice the swell of the sea ebbing, flowing, rising and falling. I noticed the strength and power but also the beauty of pure nature. At one point, i could have allowed myself to be taken in by the giant swell but an inner voice told me this is not the time. Whilst other people stepped back from the tide, i realised that one day i will rejoin the sea and nature. Im h20 and i will return to nature, the breath of life she gave me.

It must be relief to no longer fear death, I've never feared death as I very strongly believe that we just cease existing, we are destined for nowhere but death, existence is just something so temporary in comparison to the eternity of death, so of course it's nothing to fear.

I have quite a different view of nature, I think it's brutal and insidious. It is responsible for all the natural suffering we and others experience after all. I agree though that death should not be feared, it should be accepted for the final rest that it is.
