• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm not sure what's going on anymore. At some points about two weeks ago my life briefly started to get better, with my mood improving, and suicidal through the going away. But also during this time, the nights have been getting worse. Scarier, panic attacks, hallucinations, the works. I'm unsure of what's going on, as now the seemingly brief recovery is beginning to go away as my brain gets its grip on me once again.

I don't know what to do anymore. I never feel safe, im always scared, always worried, and I can't tell what's going to happen anymore.

Is all this from sleep deprivation, or are there other factors? And another stupid question, have you tried allergy meds? I swear, I use them for everything, and this time of year really fucks with my head.

That sounds terrifying, to me it's just so awful how existing here can very easily get much worse, existence really is so unnecessarily cruel. But anyway I wish you the best.

Our brains decide how we feel, it's often unpredictable.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way, I wish I could make it all disappear.
