Method Concerned of Ear Ringing/Buzzing while practicing PSH

This is not the first time I've practiced. Also I apologize if this is stupid.

I put a lot more weight/pressure than usual while practicing my PSH and immediately both ears are ringing/buzzing. It's been like 20 mins since then and it's still going. Is this what to expect when it's truly time to ctb?

Partial suspension hanging. It felt like it while I was doing it. I don't have it normally

Is it because of popping blood vessels in the ears or something? I've experienced tinnitus since I was a child but I would hate to fail and it get worse.

When i practiced and went kinda hard on it, i had some bubbles of air popping or feeling like a bug was scratching inside my ear for a week, was really annoying/scary...
