I'm looking for a ctb method involving drowning in the end. Guns are illegal in my country but in any case i don't want to severely damage my brain before dying.
I believe drowning is one of the noble ways of ending its life after starvation.
I believe that the transition to the afterlife would be smoother. I imagine that slowly siking in the darkness of the deep water, no annoying sound, no human in sight, just the vision of the water slowly becoming darker and darker. Very "psychedelic".

I want to starve first in order to purify my body, i want to have an empty stomach and i don't want to shit and piss when i die.

The perfect scenario would be to swim very far away in the sea, and then drink some kind of poison that has a relatively quick effect, then laying on the water and wait until i become unconscious and sink. What is the best poison for that?

highly don't recommend this.
drowning is also extremely painful.

however, I'm sure N would work for this case as well, combine it with some anti anxiety meds of your choice or an opiate.

the drowning seems secondary to me, consider an alternate method if you care about pain, if you want your experience of sinking / seeing surface disappear you'd have to be conscious enough to breathe the water at some point, but maybe I'm wrong

best wishes

I don't believe that.
I've read a lot of NDE of people drowning and they said they didn't felt pain and it was even peaceful. You'd panic for sure because of our primal fear of water but i don't believe it's terribly painful as people say.
But even if it's painful i don't care it's like 1min.
