Been feeling very anxious today to the point that I can hardly eat. I know why, and I know it's stupid to be so anxious about that "why", but I can't help it. Hoping this pill I popped will help take the edge off. It's not Valium, but it will do in a pinch.
I'm more or less ok. Well, it could better but actually it could be so much worse, too.
