  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

For those who decided to use a clothes hanger for the partial hanging method, have you took any steps to make the structure more sturdy to hold your body weight? Mine looks and feels alright, but I was just wondering what y'all are doing to your setups.

Yeah, I'm not sure I'd trust that to hold, but who knows

I have a solid bar in my closet, I've tested my weight on it many times now and it seems to hold pretty well every time. Doesn't seem to bend, bow or show any signs that it wants to come down. However, because I don't want anything to go wrong or fail when I manage to get it right (to the point I fall unconscious and beyond) I got some solid wood planks and cut them to the height of the bar so it can give it additional support just in case. Now it feels super secure. At the moment I'm on the fence between using my closet or just using the door - the reason being the bar in my closet is about shoulder length to me (I'm 6ft/182cm) so I would have to start kneeling almost. If I use the door I can stand. Not sure yet but I intend to attempt within the next few hours

I was thinking about using the trapdoor to my attic. The door opens and a ladder comes down.
