I wonder if I can substitute Clonazepam as the benzodiaphene for the SN Method. PPH recommends oxazepam but I doubt I'll be able to access it in time.

According to some online sources, it is more long acting than oxazepam. Does that mean I have to take it earlier to line up the peak with the SN intake?

If anyone knows something, please help out

Of course Clonazepam will suit you. It is better than nothing. Clonazepam is an antiepileptic drug from the group of benzodiazepine derivatives. It has a pronounced anticonvulsant effect, as well as central muscle relaxant, anxiolytic, sedative and hypnotic effects. I think it's better to take it as it says in the protocol. It is even better than Hydroxyzine, which I will include in my protocol

During the protocol I am going to take the maximum daily dosage. That is 4 tablets of Hydroxyzine.
But a few days before that I will take 4 tablets of Hydroxyzine to see how it affects me, I advise you to do the same. Good luck

It'll work.
Anything anti which is taken for anti seizure will work. Also it's benzodiazepine itself. Anything which acts as a GABAA receptor will work.

Adding list of benzos below:-

some regional prescribing information note that clonazepam is indicated for all clinical forms of epileptic disease and seizures in adults, especially absence seizures (petit mal) including atypical absence; primary or secondarily generalised tonic-clonic (grand mal), tonic or clonic seizures; partial (focal) seizures with elementary or complex symptomatology; various forms of myoclonic seizures, myoclonus and associated abnormal movements.

I am using Clonazepam on a daily basis and I will include it in my SN protocol. For me it takes 60 minutes to feel any effect so you should include Clonazepam in your protocol roughly 45-60 minutes before you take SN. The dosage is another question. I have now developed tolerance so I need a much higher amount than an average person who never took it before. My suggestion is you go ahead and try Clonazepam before so you'll know how it will effect your body. I wish you peace in whatever you decide.

If you take a high dose and wait too long there's a good chance you'll pass out or drift to sleep before drinking the SN. I too will be using Clonazepam. I'll take as much as I have, but no more than 20 to 30 minutes before. There first sign of feeling groggy I'll drink my SN
