After 3 years of being housebound with severe pain and illness, my boyfriend of over 3 years has left me . My hamster also died today. I've been planning to leave for a while due to my low QOL from my disease and now that i've lost the people I was holding on for , I would like to follow through. I feel like I have no resources for any methods . This isn't something I want to plan for weeks on end . I'm so frustrated, I just want to access something today
