Is anyone else in this situation and wishes to talk about it? I would really like to connect with others going through similar things.

I'm in my mid-30s and have several health conditions that have led to me being mostly bed-bound and having a very poor quality of life. I don't want to end up in a long term care facility. I'm strongly considering CTB through medical assistance in dying.

When you say bedbound you mean you literally lay in bed all day? How do you use the bathroom?

Yup, I'm very similar.

Similar, not bedbound but discomfort and pain gets worse if I'm active for for more than 2-4 hours a day. Medically assisted dying is not legal in my country and most doctors don't believe me anyways.
