Help Changed settings unintendedly

I get notifications for every new therad (I think). I must have pressed a button but don't know how to change it. Can anyone help me?

Maybe in Preferences / Content Options?

And "Receive a notification when ..." at the bottom of the preferences page.

Its weird bc I didn't change anything. That s how it still looks.

Have to observe, though, if it is just one forum like "Suicide discussion" or "Recovery".

maybe you clicked the watch button. there are three buttons at the top of each forum, mark read, ignore and watch, ig for you it would be unwatch, anyway you need to unwatch the forum
