Life moves way too fast. Get used to things, then one day the whole worlds turns upside down and everything is unfamiliar and scary again.
I hate adapting and I'm really bad at it. I remember one time when I was a teen, my mom asked me to move the flower pot from my room into another. I got so sad at the thought of having anything at all change in my only safe space, it was very stressful. Which is kinda funny to think about now, since it's so small and unimportant. But even these days, if something I enjoy or get used to suddenly changes, it's never a positive feeling.
I guess this is the result of me growing up in a very unstable household and being mentally ill lol.
