I would rather scale it or put it in the measuring vessel but maybe the bigger amount of it will be good as well. Not sure though, AFAIK, it should be about 20 ml (g) and 3 tablespoons on Google shows 44.36 ml.

20 ml would be 1.35256 of US tablespoon. I think you should research a little about it, maybe 3 tablespoons will be too much.

I'd like to correct myself that ml = g ONLY with PURE WATER, so you can't compare SN g to ml the same way you compare water. 1ml SN isn't 1g.

Maybe it's obvious to you, that's the website showing approximate values to compare salt ml to g: https://www.calculateme.com/recipe/15-grams-of-salt.

And that's showing values to compare SN g to ml: https://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=15+g+NaNO2+volume.

As you can see, salt and SN are much different in terms of volume conversion. I think I'll just buy a cheap kitchen scale just to make sure.
