My biggest struggle now is the place where people won't be nosy and cops won't be patrolling. I CANNOT GET CAUGHT. Where is this magical place? I was thinking of forests, but I don't want the park rangers to stumble upon me while I'm not dead yet and "save" me. I also don't want to cause a forest fire. I'm even looking up where ppl have car sex in my city to find the most isolated and secluded place.

They are only worth having if they are a proper meter not a home use digital detector.
A TPI 707 reads up to 10,000 parts per million. √

I tried a home use digi 999ppm readout detector in my car with 500 grams of charcoal and maxed it out in minutes. Pointless not knowing where it ended up and how long it held up above 3k.

how much carbonmonoxide gets produced by 1kg charcoal per hour? are there any numbers available? could be useful for calculation

if i use it in car which would kind of grill is ideal? do i need an underlay to avoid the car catching fire?

Hard to guess how much. Lots and lots is the rough answer.
I've seen a test where 1kg hit 7,900ppm but every car and brand of charcoal will vary a bit.

I used a small bucket style bbq, £9, here it is during testing (I left the grill top off). Sat in a steel tray with 2 inches of water to absorb any downward heat.
Pic taken through rear boot window.
Plus cheapo detector shown maxed out next to temp gauge to see how hot it got in there. Not too bad seeing as it was 24℃ before the test even started.

And very importantly you need a chimney starter to get them well lit and grey before dumping them into the inner steel bucket of the bbq. See youtube.

Euthanasia

In Peaceful Pill Euthanasia handbook it is adviced to have CO level at least 10 000 ppm (which is same as 1 % of the air). So you need to have CO meter that can measure up to 10 000 ppm. For example Extech (Extech CO 50 etc) sells them in moderate price to every country. When CO level is 10 000 ppm or higher a person goes unconscious after few breaths and dies within 1-3 minutes without pain.

All things that create a lots of CO create burning smoke and very bad odor. It burns eyes and high but not enough high CO gives very quickly very bad chest pain and headache. I have gotten few breaths of high CO accidently and the constant, very bad chest pain in every breath and hard to breath lasted weeks with headache, dizziness and I was more tired than I have been in highest fever. It got better slowly.

Formic acid is used to kill bugs and sulphuric acid is used for example in acid attacks so creating CO with mixing 85 % formic acid to 90-100% sulphuric acid or other strong acids will create really bad, painful and burning smoke. It melts your skin and causes internal bleeding etc. So I'm pretty sure that most people could not stay even few minutes in tent or small room with that. Peaceful Pill book gives same advice to that method to have CO level above 10 000 ppm.

That's why 1-3 breaths is thought be tolerable to people (who suffer constantly in life) but anything over that is just too much especially with acid fumes.

It would be really difficult to have just enough CO to kill in sleep at night or in few hours without too much smoke to wake you up and make it impossible.

Bottle of CO would be best and they are sold in many countries too.

All this information is in Internet and a lot more. I hope that nobody would have to die early. That they would instead get healthy, get good economics, social and love life and get to be happy. I really hope the best to all people and all the love.

There is no smoke or nasty smells from charcoal once you let it burn off outdoors for at least an hour to 90 minutes and never use lighter fluid, gels or chemicals to get it lit.
But with charcoal I don't think it's possible to hit 10,000ppm anyway. It's not vital to. Even 6000-8000 is going to kill quickly whilst your asleep via alcohol or benzo's or both.
The advantage charcoal has is that it smoulders and keeps producing CO for many hours, 5-12.
The acids produce over 3x the amount of CO but it rises, peaks the falls all in 30 minutes. You will be dead using either.

You are right. The big smoke comes in the beginning. After 1-2 hours it smokes little and gives smell in very small place but won't burn eyes. With alcohol and benzos I'm quite sure it's fine with those measures.

I have read that gasoline generators create very fast very high CO levels in car or other small place (quite fast even in closed garages) . With generator one can get 10 000 ppm easily and some smoke from it is a way better than acid fumes from formic acid + sulphuric acid (though if it's above 1% then it should last only few seconds). People who can't afford to buy generator with about 200-250$ can loan one just like you can loan those CO meters that measure up to 10 000ppm from companies (easily found in Internet and they have insurances to cover up lost items if you feel bad for not being able to return them) in every country or one can pay them in parts like for example 5-10 $ a month.

Propane grills create also CO fast with blue flame but it creates way too much eye burning smoke.

If I had to euthanise (I use this word since I would only want painless, good death what that word means) myself I would use generator to fill up tent or car with CO higher than 10 000 ppm (then I would have to open the door and get in but I' m sure it's fine at that high levels).

CO build up by gasoline generator was tested after a man died in car where he had generator and it builds up fast. Dead man's generator had stopped and it had gasoline 3/4 full since the generator stops when there is too little oxygen left.

I don't want to influence anybody. I should have just left without answering at all but can't delete them now. I got here from euthanasia page for terminally ill. But I did want to warn about really bad pain CO exposure causes when it doesn't kill and even strong opiates didn't help my pain. It was pure torture 24/7.

Most want things to get better in this life, not end it. I may be able to help to get the go fund page to get money to one who is about to become homeless and if someone is being bullied I may be able to help stop that.

Everyone's life and death is their business. I personally believe in a good afterlife (so I am definetely pro life since I believe it never ends) due to my nde and I believe that this life is just a learning experience. I can't know what you know and feel and everyone believes in something.

The only thing I know is I know nothing.

That's alright, I know you mean well. I'm here because I believe I already exhausted all the options I had. So you survived a CO attempt, how did you go about it and what went wrong?

It's definitely possible, especially in a small space, in the peaceful pill handbook they tested with a brazier inside of a shipping container, and it reached 12k ppm in 75 min

Damn I wonder how much charcoal that is, looks like a pretty standard amount.

I was wondering if 1kg would be enough for a tent because my steel bucket is kind of small.

If you seal the tent well and no air enters or escapes, I think it's more than enough
I see people talking about different brands of coal and saying premium king charcoal or sth is more effective, and I get nervous 'cause I only have one brand available of lumpwood coal where I live, and of course I can't fail because that would be the definite nightmare fuck-up, but it has to work anyway right? any kind of coal must release CO

At the end of the day if you have a chimney burner to get a perfect burn going I think any brand is okay. Charcoal is 90%+ pure carbon, CO is produced by partial combustion of carbon. It's really that simple so I don't worry too much about the brand.

and yea the numbers I've seen on weight of charcoal -> carbon monoxide is pretty crazy I think 1kg is way overkill but also got to account for the charcoal that's burned off during lighting.
