Capsule size?

What capsule size is manageable for the average person... 00 or 0? Any prolific capsule takers out there care to input.

00. I order the veggie capsules on Amazon. They are cheap and you get about 1000. They are easy to swallow. I won't even ask why. Hope that helps.

These are the only size I've ordered. They are big enough to pack stufff in and easy to swallow. I use them for several different reasons. I included the Pic from Amazon for you.
