Can't stop thinking about failed attempt

It's been months ago. My first and only attempt. It left me with ptsd. It was earlier this year and the memories from my life between February to April are constantly lingering in my mind. I can't help but think about how differently things could have went on April 3rd. I could have jumped off that cliff and been dead this whole fucking time.
