• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Tried Mirtazapine (worked but unfavorable side effects)
Tried hydroxyzine (no effect)
Tried Trazadone (terrible side effects no help)
Tried bunch of Melatonin OTC meds (none worked)
Tried Ramelteon (Didnt help)

I get these random days where I can never fall asleep. Sometimes I go 2 to 3 days without sleeping. Sometimes I sleep just fine.
Recently I stopped therapy which will also stop me from getting any help for sleep. I'd have to ask my primary doctor soon. Psychiatrist was the one
giving me sleep meds but I had to see a therapist as well and if I didnt I cant get help for that? It's weird. The psychiatrist was a drug dealer
idk she was just prescribing random shit to me without
actually telling me shit about how bad it can get. She gave me cymbalta which genuinely made me want to kill myself when I tried to quit it. Withdrawal symptoms were horrible, then
she proceeds to recommend Venlafaxine which is like 10x worse than cymbalta. "Oh man that fent I gave you made you sick? here let me hook you up with Carfent" đź’”

I take zolpidem and it works great for my sleeping issues. Try to ask your doctor to get it, or try telehealth if your doctor or psychiatrist doesn't want to prescribe it to you.
