• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Every time things get good I instantly get dropped into depression by something even slightly bad (like a bad memory or something) and I cant get out of the loop, its also getting worse with every relapse.
My gf is getting worried now and wants me to talk to a professional. Ill see what they say and maybe they can help in some way.
Am I the only one with this problem?

Everyone has ups and downs because of the variability of life. If your "downs" hit harder than most, you may discover ways to reduce the depth, duration, or frequency. Some people are more sensitive (like artistic types). It is possible to learn how to better protect sensitivities as well.

Its almost impossible to stay mentally stable in this hellish world, especially if you are prone to depression etc.
Ive been clinically depressed for years now yet have had a few episodes where things were good, yet only for a short while.
And, inevitably I always descend back into the pit of despair because I cant handle things like stress or memories of abuse Ive suffered.
At times Its as though some unseen force is teasing Me : Ill feel a bit better and then that feeling of being ok is snatched away from Me.
Maybe seeing someone will help you. No harm in trying.
It works for some, but never did for Me.
