Can't figure out a method

I'm in so much pain everyday with my health problems I have to find a way to end this brutal pain. I have researched everything and of course the method that would work, N is impossible for me to get. My fear with SN is that I have severe gastroparesis, extreme stomach pain constantly, so much pain in my mouth from burning mouth and tongue syndrome that toothpaste and food makes the pain even worse. My stomach is paralyzed none of the meds are helping. I've broken bones, been hit by a drunk driver as a pedestrian and a passenger. I have a higher tolerance for pain than most but my pain is always at a 10 on the pain scale. So I'm really having so much trouble finding a way and I'm desperate to be out of this agony asap. It's really brutal and I just have to suffer. Anyone who knows anything about what I can do with gastroparesis please DM. I don't have much hope.

You could do it without an anchor point in ligature strangulation (if I'm not mistaken). Otherwise you could try the metal rod that's in wardrobes or doorknobs

can you eat? does the food get moved from stomach to intestine ?

I was able to eat a tiny amount twice a day and very slow emptying but everything has gotten so much worse. Problems with meds, dehydration, tolerance for liquids. Doctor labeled it complex and months long wait for new doctor. Basically nothing helps keep getting IV fluids but just sip of water for meds hurts. My stomach always feels over full and it feels like it's a lot worse.
