Help Can't decide if I should send some kind of "note" (hopefully uplifting words) to my friend before I die, or not

I've known her for 2 years and only ever talked to her long distance, we're close and I know that she's going to take it badly as well as twig that I'm dead soon just from the fact I won't reply

I don't want to spend a long time phasing out contact with her because I'm planning on dying soon (this month or the next)

Is it better to leave some kind of message for her or nothing?

Maybe schedule one for afterwards. Sending one ahead of time risks them contacting someone to intervene.
