Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

starvation is an awful way to go.. have you looked for food pantries? you can google "food pantry near me" a lot of churches do them, some are by appointment and some are just walk in. you dont need to give a whole lot of info, usually. its completely free, they'll probably just pester you about going to the sunday service.
