no RC Cannabinoids is much more toxic than this from plant.
CBD is just one chemical, they can synthize it in lab.
They can take a lot of industrial hemp and extract it from industrail hemp - (for example oils)
But for sure they don't extract it from CBD/THC plants.

But you can like theoratically smoke pure CBD crystals in a Crack pipe right. So you would inhale 0.0% thc and 99.9% cbd

yes you can, but you asked about plants/strains - there's no such strain that contain's 0%thc and 15%cbd. and if it there were such strain it would be GMO
