Help can you leave kind words for me?

I'm in a really low point of my life, but I'm too scared to actually leave everything behind. I've come to realize I really apreciate kind words, even if it comes from strangers.
So, if anyone feels like it, can you reply with encouraging words for me? it would really help, thank you.

Hey! I hope you are doing alright at the moment. I just wanted to say that I know shit can be bad, and life can be a pain, however, there are so many little things. Amazing little things that we take for granted and that if we payed more attention to, maybe life would be a little bit better. Thats not to say that I know your situation at all, however, I can name a few things that might help when things feel all horrible

Things that we dont appreciate enough
The feeling of warm water
Sitting comfy in bed
Freshly washed pjs
Neighborhood cats
The ability to roll around on grass
The feeling of grass or ocean water on bare feet
Cold water at night when your thirsty
A good nostalgic movie along with a snack
remembering to breathe, deeply
fresh morning air
pets!
flowers and how beautiful and unique they can be
the stars and the moon and the smell of nighttime air
finger painting!

I can think of more if you'd like. Idk if this helps but I hope you do chose to stay around because our lives can change so quickly. We have so many opportunities to live and grow.

Im glad. Also I read your post about bpd, and I understand. I have that aswell and i know how it can feel so overwhelming. Just take it day by day, know you are not evil and you are loved. If you need anything, you have people to reach out to, and if you dont, dms are open.

I don't have much experience with kind words so sorry if I sound awkward...
Life is a pain and bpd is horrible but once I tried living for myself, not for my FP or any other people I realised that I'm much more than I thought.
You're much more than you think, too. You're more than any diagnosis or people that surround you and even more than the consuming emotions and your trauma. Every human is a little cosmos and this cosmos is inherently beautiful - you too! Even if sometimes you feel damaged and worthless, it's less than a moment on the cosmic scale and it'll pass, but who YOU are, the beautiful memory of you, will stay forever.
Sometimes it seems like the trauma is overwhelming and makes your whole person but it isn't true in the slightest. There is a story of you beyond it, like the little things the child you
loved, the pretty sky you saw and the things you enjoy. The bad times will pass but YOU will stay and these good memories will stay too.

Don't lose all hope. I can't know what your life might be like, but I hope whatever happens you can feel some happiness. Life can be painful and cruel, but however bad it feels that it can get, there are always things that give it meaning. Do you like music? That's something that brings a lot of happiness to me when I feel low.
I hope that whatever happens to you in your life, you are able to be happy. You're have value, even if you don't feel like it. Wish you the best.

Don't judge yourself based on others.
Question if the things you feel you're lacking are what society expects you to have and not your own desires.

I think it's a beautiful thing to have things you don't want to leave behind. In a place like this where no one is judged for feeling some true healing can happen. You don't need to hide. Everyone sees your pain and wants so much for you to get every bit of happiness you desire.

op i hope you are feeling a litte better today. Take each day as a small victory. Do little things that bring you joy (even though they may run counter to your current objectives... example weight loss). Or other things that help distract your thoughts (for me I like to be a pest in online pvp games lol). Getting through the low point is the hardest part. But we all here with you. And hoping for the best for you.

I don't know you, but I would like to say some things.
First of all, I am sorry you have a hard time dealing with your mental health, but I hope you treat yourself the same way you would treat a best friend.
I hope you can forgive yourself for all the times you failed, because you deserve forgiveness. I hope you can look at yourself with compassion, because you deserve understanding.
I hope you can learn how to love yourself, because it doesn't matter what happens inside your head or whatever happens in your life, you deserve love. You are the only one who knows how it is to be inside of yourself. And the kind of love you deserve is, above all, your love, because that's the love that saves.
I hope you can look at yourself in the mirror and feel grateful because that's the body that allows you to feel the sand in your toes and the wind in your hair.
