Big organs need to be directly supplied with oxegen (blood). Only tissue like skin can be used within 6-24 hour range.
So lets say you will be found and still alive and die in the hospital only then they can rescue organs

They don't usually accept organ donations of suicide victims, from what I've heardYou can only donate organs when you're "brain-dead" and the body functions especially blood flow and oxygen exchange is kept going. This won't work in a suicide attempt.Similar threads
