Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hi.
I wish I could feel clear-headed enough to perfectly understand what a mess my life has been, but lately I've been in a state of perpetual 'emotional numbness' where I don't feel or experience any pain. The sensation itself is degrading. Last night, though, I made a slight connection with my suffering: to put it simply, my life is a joke, and I am a total failure. I want to leave this world, but without any 'pathos': like something that needs to be done just because it's logical.

I am sorry that your life is like this....

The title of your thread reminded me of the concept of "Bilanzsuizid" of the german psychiatrist Alfred Hoche. I found mainly german articles, but he describes suicide also as a fact-based and rational decision like weighing life on a scale. Perhaps you can translate this for you in your language, its a description of this understanding of suicide. https://www.ethikrat.org/fileadmin/PDF-Dateien/Veranstaltungen/anhoerung-17-12-2020-lindner.pdf

I don't really see the need to blame yourself and call yourself a failure etc.
This world is largely ableist and built for people with a healthy brain and body, which are at least 50% genes, so factors you cannot even control.

Your luck does not only decide your genes, but also in what kind of environment you grew up in etc.
Either you get lucky or you don't, it's survival of the fittest.

Calling yourself a failure will only lower your self esteem and people around you who belittle you do it to feel better about themselves.

That said I don't think you can commit rational suicide from a place of irrational self hatred.

There is that old cliche that suicide "is a permanent solution to a temporary problem". My belief is that LIFE is a temporary problem. Does that make sense?
