Help Can you blow your brains out without a gun?

It might be a stupid question, but I've always fantasized about blowing my brains out or just my body being mutilated in general. Weirdly enough I'm extremely averse to hanging because of how grotesque it is to me. How does that one work? Honestly idek... I just know that when it comes to methods you have to choose one you can bring yourself to do. I can definitely bring myself to shoot. Sadly, I don't live in the US and the only gun I have is a nerf gun :P

With a .45, absolutely. If you want to keep things clean, a 9mm will do the trick. That said, slaughterhouses used to put down cows with a .22. Now think of a cow's head. A gun will kill you. And stop paying any attention whatsoever to the people who bring up the one-off survival stories. Those are EXTREMELY rare.
