• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So this is probably a really silly question, and it's probably really dumb to ask here, but IDK I'm paranoid that if I ask it somewhere else everyone will immediately know I am trying to CTB, or worse, am trying to kill someone else. If I don't have a car, can I buy a gun from a shop? Like I assume you can't just walk out with it like I'm on a grocery trip? Can I open/conceal carry for a handgun? Can I use a case if I want a shotgun? Or do they just not let you take it? The person I live with is super anti-gun, and unfortunately everyone in my life knows I am high suicidality (me and my big mouth) so the chances of getting a ride are slim. The one I live with is out of the house often enough that I bet I could fetch it within the 10 day holding period, just not with a car.

Welcome to SaSu.

I think one can buy a gun without a car, eg just walking into the store... the storekeeper might not even know u don't have a car, for all he/she knows you could've parked out of sight.

For open/conceal carry, check your state laws.
For shotgun cases, not sure what the store policies are around them.

PS: Remember there is no obligation to CTB, and at any point if u wish, u can cancel or defer CTB.
