Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Yes, O.P. knows about this- they are trying to find out if there is a list showing all ignored people all at once- let's say they ignored twenty people and then it would show a list of twenty usernames- I don't think this exists on this site, but maybe this is someone I haven't seen.yeah, just go here:
You have to click on the profile of the person you ignored and click unignore
works for me when i go there. Shows all the people I have ignored. Might have something to do with what theme you are using. I know certain features are bugged on other themes.
