Can i put a bag over my head and strangle myself?

Is this possible? I read somewhere that someone did this method and it worked. I have no idea u just need a method please help

Very little chance.
Just a bag is not enough. You'd have to be very desperate for this to work.

Your survival instinct won't let you do that.
Most likely, the person you are writing about used something else.
For example, drugs that make you sleepy.
Or you got the facts wrong and maybe the person used inert gas.

However, I have no knowledge about this method, so it's hard for me to say how to do it.
I also don't know the exact effectiveness of this method.
All I know is that the bag itself is definitely not enough.
You need to create a better plan.
