I'm no expert at all and wondering myself but that seems a very low amount and would be very risky probably. Others will probably weigh in.

The highest mg oxy they make is 80 so I'm pretty sure 66 mg would not be enough to CTB, regardless of your size and tolerance.

most likely not
with alcohol that would certainly make you pass out though
