Can appetite suppressants be taken before fasting for SN?

It is difficult for me to suppress my appetite especially when food is the only thing that brings me joy. Can I take an OTC appetite suppressant before fasting (8hrs)? If yes, then which one would you recommend?

Take some sort of stimulant.
A shitload of amphetamine, you'll fast for a few days.
Maybe the comedown negates SI
