Buying SN

I have been searching for SN for almost a week and can't seem to find it anywhere and the places I have found it require some sort of documentation backing up the purchase.

Is it THAT hard to find it now? I have seen other posts here stating the same issue. If anybody got a link to buy real SN please drop it in a response.
