I was just at Lowe's (a US hardware store chain) to get a few more moving boxes to pack up my apartment. I have a roll of jute rope but wanted to look at others (synthetics) that might hold my weight better.
They used to have a large selection but now it's empty with signs that the cords and ropes have been temporarily removed.
Hmmm...wonder if hanging suicides are up and they've been asked to restrict selling rope?
