It was popular worldwide some time ago. You're just going to sleep and dont wake up. Sounds like miracle, like heaven. Any ideas what is it?

100% reliable, easy, doable by anyone, with no special prep, while also putting you to sleep forever?
Your friend just mentioned a bunch of things that doesn't make sense together.
it might be carbon monoxide poisoning, but that's not 100% realibe or easy and it requires a lot of prep.
It sounds like total nonsense to me.

I cannot imagine that if it was "popular worldwide some time ago" that it has all of a sudden become impossible to find out how to do. No offense but this seems kinda sus. Was your friend trying to get you to admit to being suicidal or something??
