Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

do you have examples? I still struggle to find something really ueseful
The only melatonin tablet I would ever recommend is circadin since it is very slow release, most melatonin pills are fast release but fade out after an hour or two, so if you wake up a lot like me then it will have basically zero effect. Zolpidem is a good medication but it is also really strong and hard to get prescribed (unless you have severe insomnia).
