342 I think my whole system was rattled by my ctb attempt, and everyone's just taking some time to get readjusted to my body. Or maybe my worsening panic disorder has been sort of drowning out their voices? Or maybe they're all mad at me for trying to kill myself because they might die too. I'm really not sure. I wish I knew how to talk to them better :(

340 I told them multiple times, and asked if they wanted to talk about it with me. They never did. I have a weird system. One alter only speaks in music, and the other doesn't really talk to me unless they're being abusive towards me. I keep trying to make friends with both of them, but it's been a real challenge.

338 yep the music alter almost always triggers me, but it's not their fault. It's just how they communicate. It does usually mean a panic attack and intense derealization/delusions for me though :<

337 god that's terrible you are just stuck with them even if it isn't their fault. Probably more difficult for them too with it being harder to communicate to you.

336 I would agree it's not the easiest condition to navigate, but I try to refrain from using words like "terrible" and "stuck" because my alters have feelings too (I think). And I'd agree that it's probably really challenging for them too to be stuck in such a defective body with such a defective personality at the front all the time. Sigh....

I'm impressed you remembered the bit about music being triggering for me though. I don't even remember saying it!
