Bout SN

I want to do CTB with SN. Without using enhancers, just the dopamine blocker (I will possibly use Plasil) and the SN. I will wait for some people who live with me to leave to do the method. How long do I need to have taken Plasil for it to have an effect when drinking? Can you advise me on a plan? I'm actually slow enough not to understand the subject.

Also, I think the only easy and painless method that will work for me is just SN. That's why I'll talk a lot about him. (As if it were unique)
