botched partial hanging attempt may have damaged my left eye

I was hanging in my closet, tip toeing on my feet and excreting force, I wanted to full suspension but i was not suspended high enough

then In the middle of it I hear the garage door open and my dad is home from work so I have to abort the attempt


on my left eye, there is a red blotch, and if I look up it becomes quite obvious

accompanied by some blurry vision

I hope I didn't cause permeant damage I'm scared

the attempt was really half assed I must say, I was looking for a quick knockout and if I didnt get it I would immediately prop myself up and rest then try again, idk if this was a bad move

I did similar yesterday

It's nothing to worry about, it's just your eye capillaries burst from the pressure. It will go away in a couple of days without any harm, unless of course it hurts...
