Help Blood thinners as a fatality multiplier for ctb by jumping

I imagine that in the event the fall doesn't kill me instantly then internal bleeding will be the next most likely cause. With that in mind, if I took a considerable amount of an OTC blood thinning drug like advil do you think that would have a meaningful effect on the fatality rate? I don't like death by overdose or I would consider stacking the two together.
