Embarrassment for dumb shit I've posted online. What a different mind, a different life I'd have without that. It's funny how small the things that ruin your life are. You make habits of thought and action, problems snowball.

I would likely be venting a lot too, the urge is there. However, the resulting backlash of violent thoughts would surely pain me for days. So to me, saying how you feel despite the judgement you may receive is simply brave for I know I'm not brave enough to do that.

It's not for "entertainment" per se but your experience is valuable. It deserves to be heard.

You're basically just doing one of the things the site is meant for, which is judge-free venting. I love that we have a place to anonymously trauma dump and yap about suicidal thoughts without someone invoking the sacred number 988.
