Venting beware of phishing attacks off-site

some things to beware of:

emails claiming you have missed some delivery, will ask u to pay a minor fee and ask for card details
a phone call from your "bank", warning that someone tried to take money out, they'll do security questions asking for your details - this call will be identical to the way the bank asks for details so u won't be able to tell the difference
also if u ask for verification they are who they say they are , they will ask u to check the number it is coming from, it might be e.g. 1 digit off the customer service number
details might not add up, but it will be hard to tell
if you volunteer that you have money in other forms e.g. crypto then
they ask u to login your crypto account (or they might have ask if you have crypto etc)
they want u to install anydesk - don't do that
they suggest that ur funds will be safer if transferred to a "secure" crypto account
dont transfer any funds
they'll want you to cancel your transactions and convert it to BTC
