Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

As someone who's on metoprolol (to help control heart rate), no, it would only physically lower your heart rate. Which can help reduce physical symptoms such as sweaty hands. But it won't mentally calm you down like benzos for example will. Sorry to bring another bad news =/

Benzos can help. I don't think you're going to feel "calm" necessarily although some people here have said they have when they've attempted.

Before my attempt last year I took a lot of Tylenol, thought because I'm sensitive to pain. I don't know and was not sure if it was a good idea. Does anyone know?
